Description
The dog is a Talbot, a hunting hound of the Middle Ages in England, representative of the coat of arms for the aristocratic Talbot family, the Earls of Shrewsbury. This one specifically for George, the 6th Earl known to have been the selected keeper of Mary Queen of Scots after Elizabeth choose to imprison her.
